Leading the event were CPSC President Dr. Macario Oclarit, TESDA Coordinator Prof. Reynaldo Macario, Jr., and Teddy Veloso, who represented the TESDA Camiguin Provincial Director. Alongside them were dedicated TESDA Camiguin staff who contributed to the success of the initiative.

The beneficiaries of the toolkits were scholars of the 2023 Special Training for Employment Program (STEP Scholarship). “The STEP initiative, designed to provide practical and technical skills, plays a pivotal role in improving employment opportunities for its participants,” said Veloso.
He added that through programs like these, TESDA shows its commitment to uphold economic development and self-sufficiency among communities across the country.
Overseeing the distribution activity was Louis Emmanuel M.
